I would say he is to "light" to be a Union player, he is very skillfull however and that might work it.

Salary cap strikes again.



I remember when the cap was introduced and we were told it would make the league more exciting because all the best players would be spread out between all the teams.

Currently The salary cap in the RU English premiership is £6 million.



In France RU sides spend north of 8 million .

It should be at least 3 million be we all know that can't happen because the image and quality of our game has been going downhill for over 10 years now. In reality to other rugby comps the existing 1.5 million is really part time equivalent.

He'll earn a fortune in French RU.

Wales will cap him, probably against the likes of Georgia or Japan.



However, once his French contract expires, he'll need to join a Welsh RU region in order to continue his international RU career.

Coleman at Saints and Moran at Warrington would love to pump more money in, but arent allowed.

Moran at Warrington seems to have wasted enough already, he should be pleased that there is a limit

What’s really scary is that in 2024 French Rugby Union will be heading to a salary cap of £14 million and they could spend an amount on one player equivalent to an entire Rugby League Squad or they could triple the contract salary of all the best Rugby League players to go over to Union and it still wouldn’t touch the sides of their Salary Cap.

Chump change when you’re worth £300 mill mate tbh.
