Some of you may remember the successful Bull Tag competition which ran at Odsal in the early part of this Century, well weekly Tag Rugby League is returning to West Yorkshire with 5 new leagues kicking off from the week of April 27th.
The RFL's Tag Rugby League partner Try Tag Rugby are running leagues in Leeds North (Lawnswood & Adel), Leeds (Kirkstall & Headingly), Morley & Birstall, Oulton (for Castleford, Wakefield & Featherstone) and Bradford & Bingley. Leagues are open for registration at mixed, men's and ladies levels, and venues are currently holding free taster sessions.
In just 5 years of existence, London based Try Tag Rugby have grown to a point where 250 teams competed weekly in London and the Thames Valley last summer. With Try Tag Rugby players now officially counted as Rugby League participants, Tag Rugby League is now easily the most played form of Rugby League in the capital!
