People blame the RFL but they dont have a leg to stand on when challenged by member clubs.(clubs that came to an agreement to stick to these rules to try and help the competition) |

I once went up against Radders following an altercation in an under 15's game. Judging by how hard he hit me when he was 15, I reckon he is "that hard".......needless to say, I came 2nd!! lol

he didnt say he was going to knock Jamie Peacock out, he said he would pick Great Britains hardest player and drop him, and at the time SF was classed by a lot of people as the best prop in the game, it could have been anyone, they should all have been expecting fireworks. |

I do like a bit of biff, but that game was an absolute disgrace. Mason should have been sent off three times. The commentary is soooo one sided, "Fielden got what he deserved." He got a facial in the tackle and cowardly right hook.
Mason hits on Long was a disgrace too. |

Maybe, but he is know where near the workhorse Radders, all teams need good solid workhorses, imo Radders is a valuable asset to any team, some-thing Justinho appreciated considering he wanted to sign him.
Wonder how many minutes Willie will play each game...based on that I wonder what is hourly rate will be, you guys keep bigging him up, and declaring how superior he is, we can assess it when his contract is up and evaluate his worth  |

You don't pay the money we are paying Mason for him to be a workhorse, we have the likes of Jason Netherton to fill those roles (vitally important as you say), Mason is a gamble, but if he is up for it we will have a top notch RL forward IMO. A boxing match for Steve Prescott's foundation would be great as it would raise a lot of cash, but it would have nothing to do with eithers value as an RL player, I have no doubt their are a few amatuer RL lads who would be able to batter Radford, it doesn't make them RL players. |

Don't know, have never professed to be on the inner sanctum of player wage negotiations at Rovers (unlike some on here ), but I assume he will be on a sum commensurate with his position in the game, I doubt he will be on less than 100k, but thats just a guess. Ask Mrs B, she will have copies of his contract no doubt. |
