Not really but at Swansea he's got the foundations of a great side ready and next season could make him as a manager and us as a club if he could take us into the top flight. I'm not sure he'd want someone else to do it instead if he left but Celtic is a massive draw (he was supposed to have turned down being Alex Fergusons assistant last Summer though not sure he was actually officially offered it).

swansea have history and a firm fanbase. latics don't.

Firm fanbase is stretching it as before we left The Vetch we were getting under 5,000 now it's nearer 14,000 but since moving to the Liberty its all been up up up so if we hit hard times I do not know how the crowds would hold up.
