Yeah, that got a bit messed up - I booked the tickets when the kick off was announced as 3pm. The announcement that it was a 4pm start must've been made literally whilst I was going through the booking process. Hoping it'll still work out alright if the game finishes on time, though I'm prepared for a bit of a jog back to the station if needs be!

Yeah, i'm glad I booked mine for the 19:42 train back the Manchester. Got time for a few drinks in Sheffield before I have to head off home.

Asked about that today at wallgate , told me they dont do them to sheffield.

Try asking on the train or going on the net and looking for deals from stockport

They certainly do the deal from Sheff to Manchester, used it a few weeks ago.

warning for fans going sheffield. if you can avoid east midlands train 43 mins past the hour only 2 carriage train (went to norwich 3 weeks ago) was packed with 15 standing in each carriage each way, man picc to sheffield. the 20 mins past the hour is 3 carriage train train first transpennie
