I agree, this is my beef, they have not got a clue how to run a retail outlet.
The appointment of a New Retail Manager was meant to sort this, remember this statement from the club in December?

One of his first roles will be to oversee a re-fit of the club’s town centre shop, Warriors World. This will take place in mid January, around the same time as the 2009 home and away shirts will be launched. At the launch the actual date when the replica shirts go on sale will be confirmed.`[/i

Im interested to know where the leisure wear is that was supposed to be launched early this year from the back of the merchandise catalogue.
Or where they away kits are.
Or what the new head of retail has done.
The silence from the club sums up the answers to all these things.
For all IL bangs on about wanting the club to turn profit, his merchandise set up is pathetic.
