I can confirm this will be on and I will be speaking with the landlady nearer the time regarding free grub at half time, I will be asking on here for an approx number of attendees to help her facilitate this. This availability is for all QuinsRL games on SKY, come along in your club jersey. Any other SKY games will be available but without the food. Just ask the landlord/landlady to put one of the three screens on for you and hence you can watch any RL game you request and you will be made very welcome.

I think this is an excellent opportunity if it works. I guess its a bit far for people in North/East London but there must be loads of RL fans who support other clubs let alone Quins who would like a pub where they can be sure of watching SL games on sky with a good chance of some banter with like minded fans. When people have made friends/exchanged phone numbers you can make sure your new mates will be there. Could develop into quite a crowd once the word filters round. Maybe Chris Warren should announce something about it at half time.

Right on! I'm pretty sick of watching RL on my own or forcing people who arn't particularly interested in it to watch it. I also hate the trips to Walkabout or Sports Cafe, having to beg the bar staff to put the match on.



I went to see Hull Kr V Wigan the other week at Sports Cafe and was surrounded by a sea of loud and p*ssed up Latinos who eventually managed to persuade the manager to change the one screen showing the SL game to America V Brazil, just like the 100 other screens in the place.



One of the things I love about going to watch Quins is the banter and just being round other people who love Rugby League- it's pretty easy to feel isolated down south (I know I felt that way in Leamington Spa), great that we have a community in London, even if it is a small one.



I think if people start going to the Bloomsbury the word could spread and they will certainly get alot of bussiness from it. Also, don't wanna be greedy, but any chance we could get sound on? Not the same without Eddie and Stevo's 'informative comments'.

Sound was on at the Wigan game, we were able to turn it up to what we wanted. Was it not loud enough, if that's the case I will speak with the landlady, it won't be a problem. Like I say she was very welcoming to all fans

Pubs are struggling for trade. This may prove to be a money spinner for these people. A pub in London where you you are guaranteed to get SL games shown and overtime near guarantee you will have other RL fans watching with you. When it gets off the ground and can seen to be working it should be shown on the club website as well as a sticky on this forum. Worthwile all those attending spreading the word to every RL fan in London they know
