Has pace to burn but looks ropey in defence. Not convincing under the high ball and got caught out of position on a few cross-field kicks. Shades of Leory Rivett about him.

 I dont think so. He can finish and has great pace, but it is way way too early to compare him to any other player yet, let alone one of the best!! |

Really, I can think of many...
Could you really imagine Penny playing anywhere other than the wing? Whereas Inglis counld confidently slot in anywhere in the backline except maybe srcum-half.
I would say Penny is more like Jarryd Hayne, and both have great potential. |

Penny is like a slightly more intelligent Anthony Sullivan.
He reads the situation well, it is just about ironing out the creases. He has the potential to go a long way, does he have the coaching staff to help him?
