Great film from my childhood. Probably like it more than i would admit. Great soundtrack and directed by one of my favourites Tony Scott. Most of his films are fast paced so story runs smoothly. The sex scene in Top gun was added later and had to be done in dark lighting as kelly mcgillis was filming Witness ( or summat like that, one with harrison ford) and had dark shorter hair. She believes she always was. Right from puberty she said she struggled with her sexuality IIRC, and at least now that struggle is over for her and she can be herself properly. I don't think someone suddenly "becomes" gay or lesbian, do you?
