On the day of the '11 plate release, all '11 plates were £670 on the DVLA site, regardless of how good/bad they were. So something like BA11 BOY, which clearly spells something obvious, would cost you exactly the same as GF11 XYZ, which is pointless. IF you got there first.

I looked up some plates a couple of months ago one Sunday night and stumbled across RH12NOS priced at £270. I called the following afternoon after a meeting at work and it had gone. RH61NOS is still available I think for £650.

I hear that R41NOS is for sale but it's a bit pricey.
