Yes I am always logged in when this issue occurs

99% of people have solved this by following the workflow in the FAQ under the menu option to the top left, next to the bug RLFANS.COM logo. In brief;

• Log out of rlfans.com
• Clear your temporary internet files (cache) on any devices where you are experiencing problems
• Delete any old bookmarks or links to rlfans.com
• Go to rlfans directly through www.rlfans.com
• Log in again and set up your links and bookmarks.
